These Terms and Conditions are governed by and in accordance with Romanian law.

The website is available 24h per day but access may be suspended temporarily or permanently and without notice.

The entire content of the website https://www.traventure-romania.com (texts, images, symbols, web design elements and any other data) is the property of Traventure SRL and it is protected by the Romanian law. Any use of the above mentioned elements without the written agreement of the owner will be punished according to Romanian law.

Photos and Marketing

You consent to us using images of you taken during the trip for advertising and promotional purposes in any medium we choose. You grant us a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide, irrevocable licence to use such images for publicity and promotional purposes.

 

Personal data protection

According to Romanian laws no 677/2001 and 506/2004 regarding the protection of personal data, Traventure SRL has the obligation to administer the personal data supplied, only in safe conditions and only for the specified purposes.  The scope of data collection is: tourism services.

It is mandatory to provide the data required. These are necessary for booking any of the services provided on the website. Your denial to provide these data is followed by the denial of services. 

The information supplied is used by the operator and is communicated only to employees and collaborators of Traventure SRL, those that supply and maintain the internet and website services

According to Romanian law no 677/2001, you have the right to access and intervene on your data, the right not to be the object of an individual decision and the right to address to court. 

Also, your have the right to oppose to your personal data processing and to demand the erase of these data. For this, you need to make a written request to Traventure SRL. 

 

If any of your data is incorrect, please inform us as soon as possible. 

Travel Insurance

It is advisable that all people who participate on a Traventure or any of our partners tours to have valid and comprehensive travel insurance.
Traventure SRL cannot be held responsible for any liability, expenses, or losses you incur as a result of being inadequately insured

Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel your booking any time before the tour date by writing an email to hello.traventure@gmail.com

The following conditions and refund policy applies:

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the start of your private tour. We reserve the right to retain 10% of your down payment.

• A 50% refund will be given to cancellations received between 48-24 hours before the start of your private tour.

• Cancellations received within 24 hours and no-shows will not be refunded.

 

Cancellations by Traventure SRL

Traventure SRL reserves the right to cancel a tour at any time prior to departure in case of the following events - natural disasters, political instability, terrorism or other external events that are not safe or makes it impossible for us to operate the planned itinerary.

If we cancel your trip, you can transfer amounts paid to an alternate departure date or receive a full refund.
